Juice Diet

You could choose to start on a juice and vegetable diet on Friday. Have a friend or family member accompany you. Rest. Keep your juices and water nearby. Saturday morning, take an enema. Rest. Treat yourself to our Homespa.

If you’re lucky like me, you have a beautiful recreation center with both a steam room and sauna by your house. Go sit in the sauna or steam room. Sip pure water. Have a friend drive you home; go to sleep. After resting, take some liquid, either water or juice. Go walking or exercise mildly for an hour and then go back to the sauna for more detoxing. Return home, sip more liquid, and relax, meditate, read inspirational books, sleep, and then do the same thing on Sunday.

In addition, you could incorporate the following into your cleansing program:

  • Flower essences
  • Massage
  • Acupressure
  • Chiropractic treatments
  • A diet of only fruits and vegetables
  • Lots of fluids
  • A tablespoon of olive or flaxseed oil (can be in salad dressing)
  • Lecithin
  • Evening primrose oil
  • Detox baths with Epsom salts or juniper berry oil
  • Gentle skin brushing
  • Skin care products that are free from harmful preservatives
  • Daily relaxation and meditation
  • Milk thistle (improves liver function)
  • Exercise to help the body eliminate toxins
  • Steam
  • Avoiding all harsh, chemical body care and household products
  • Avoiding mainstream hairdyes that contain toxins
  • Dandelion supplements
  • Niacin once a day
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin B complete complex tablets
  • Vitamin C
  • Calcium-magnesium tablet daily
  • Multi-mineral tablet daily
