Lily Organics Farm Fresh Skin Care, Ltd. started selling to Vitamin Cottage in 1986. This is now our 25th anniversary. At the time we only had one product, and there were maybe two stores. Lily Organics first sold to the Vitamin Cottage on 2nd Ave – what a great store that was, representing its name looking like a little cottage.

It was the kind of store that people would hang out outside and around the small parking lot, to eat what they bought and talk to other customers. It was great fun! We are now in almost every one of the stores and have always felt like a member of the Vitamin Cottage Natural Grocers family. Everyone throughout the decades has always been so nice and easy to work with.

Lily Morgan’s very first experience with Vitamin Cottage, she was showing her products at the Always Buy Colorado show, about 25 years ago, and a very handsome woman came up to her table and asked her all about her skin care line. It turned out to be Moma Isley. She bought the line and Lily has been doing business with not only her kids, but her Grandkids!

A highlight Lily remembers well is when a woman came up and took three of Nourishing Facial Cleansers and began to walk away. Lily said something like, “Well, thank you for buying Lily Organics.” She said, “Hi Lily.” Lily recognized her, but could not quite place her and she said, “I am Heather Isley.” It had probably been 10 or 20 years since they had seen each other! Lily told her “thank you so much for buying my products” and she said, “Lily, I have always bought your products!” Lily was so proud!
