I have never had a microdermabrasion.

I have had the real thing, where the dermatologist takes a high speed rpm wire brush to your skin and removes the first several layers. It is a very serious procedure and they give you percocet for two weeks and it takes a total of 2 months to recover. They were so barbaric, I do not even think they do them anymore.
However, the micro is abrasive to your skin and I would be very careful not to put any products that have any kind of synthetic chemicals. I would suggest our USDA certified organic Kukui Facial Oil wrinkle treatment. It is just a light oil with anti-oxidants. Until it heals, I would use very little product on my skin.
